ART COMMISSIONS

I reserve the right to decline any commission if I'm not comfortable with it.

If you need a commission done by a deadline, please let me know before hand with your application and I'll let you know if I can get your commission done in time.

When submitting your application, please make sure to be clear with what you'd like to receive. Keep in mind the more details, price is subject to change.

Once your commission application is approved, I will contact you and send you my paypal info and go through your application, I will not start until the client makes the full payment UPFRONT.

My way of communication is ALWAYS email and discord (preferred) in any case.

ALWAYS credit the artist (me, dannyisonfiree) when posting the commission online. As the artist I retain the copyright of the commissioned work. Its not necessarily required when using it as a pfp for any social media, only if its posted online.

Any physical use of your commission is welcomed. You are free to print, make it a sticker, pins etc. AS LONG AS ITS ONLY FOR PERSONAL USE AND NOT FOR SELLING PURPOSES.

Please NEVER remove my watermark, if you would like a version without it we can talk about it. If you like to add your watermark (username) so people can't steal it, it's completely allowed, but without removing mine.

I absolutely DON'T ALLOW ANY USAGE OF AI in any form on my work. If I find out my work was fed to AI you will be blacklisted.

I only accept PAYPAL at the moment. I prefer the family & friends option.

Cancellation is free BEFORE I start. After the creative process has begun, if a sketch has already been made, refunds are no longer available.

Payment is issued UPFRONT ALWAYS this assures your spot in the queue and secure your slot and I will not start unless the payment is completed.

I DO NOT ACCEPT in-game or app currency such as Robux, Steam coins, V-bucks, gift cards etc. It has to be through paypal only.

ALL prices are subject to increase depending on the complexity of your character design, specially if it includes more than one character.

You must provide clear references and details regarding the commission. VISUAL REFERENCE is required. If you have a google doc with all the details and visuals that would help me a lot.

My estimated turnaround time is 2-18 weeks, give or take especially full render pieces. Big pieces would take around 6 - 19 weeks. Small pieces with simpler render might take 3 - 9 weeks. Time is subject to change depending on my queue at the moment or any other personal reasons.

After payment, I will send the sketch a few days later. During the sketching stage, you are able to make a certain amount of changes, if you decide to change the whole sketch from zero, it will be extra. (The sketch might take 1 or 2 weeks depending my queue.) After the sketch is approved, during rendering stage, any change is charged extra.

During the rendering process you may ask for updates, but I will most likely put updates on my commission queue page. I will provide a link to that page once I start sketching so you can keep yourself updated any time you want.

FINAL PIECE will be delivered through email or discord (if you have one).
